**About the Role**

As our Social Media Specialist, you will execute creative growth strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You will collaborate with a dedicated Social Media Assistant to optimize revenue generation across all platforms, stay informed on the latest social media marketing trends, and analyze and understand our audience to inform strategy. You will also monitor new trends and changes in the social landscape and achieve sales targets for ongoing organic campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop creative growth strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Deliver an exceptional global experience for our 5M+ audience members
- Optimize revenue generation across all platforms
- Stay informed on the latest social media marketing trends
- Embrace opportunities in new channels, tools, and promotions as they emerge
- Analyze and understand our audience to inform strategy
- Manage a full-time Social Media Assistant
- Monitor new trends and changes in the social landscape
- Achieve sales targets for ongoing organic campaigns

**Role Competencies**
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled written communicator with experience in short and long-form copy

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in Social Media, Brand Marketing, or Content (2+ years on Instagram, 1-2 years on TikTok)
- Proven track record of building brands and delivering on business objectives through social media
- Passion for all things social and staying current with social media trends and best practices
- Experience working with and optimizing sophisticated content
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and their deployment in different scenarios
