About the Role

  • Liaising with staff and external stakeholders regarding works, updates and safety requirements.
  • Contributing to the continual improvement of processes, systems and administrative practices.

About You

You are highly organised, calm under pressure and confident working in a dynamic operational environment. You enjoy working with systems and data, and you bring strong digital capability that will support the School as we advance our Facility Management System (FMS) and related platforms. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable and service-driven administrative support.

You will bring:

  • Experience in administrative coordination, ideally in facilities, building services or operations.
  • Confidence working with digital systems, with experience in FMS, asset management or database platforms will be advantageous.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organisational and workflow management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on stakeholder service.
  • High attention to detail and disciplined record keeping.
  • Initiative, adaptability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required for Employment

  • Current Working with Children Check (South Australia)
  • Current Plink RRHAN-EC training:
  • Masterclass and Fundamentals (including Protective Practices)
  • First Aid and CPR
