We are seeking a faith-filled, organised, and relational School Administration Officer to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent full-time or part-time (0.6 FTE) position, reporting to the Corporate Services Manager. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the school, contributing to a culture of excellence, hospitality, and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Share reception duties and manage key rosters including yard duty, devotions, assemblies, and staff meetings.
  • Schedule relief staff and assist with semester timetabling for teachers and education assistants.
  • Support the Deputy Principal with AISWA Inclusive Education and NCCD processes, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
  • Work closely with parents and staff to foster a welcoming and supportive school environment.

  • Demonstrate a living and active Christian faith and alignment with SCEA's Statement of Faith.
  • Be a warm, approachable, and service-oriented team player.
  • Have proven experience in administration or customer service roles.
  • Show strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Be confident with office software and open to learning new platforms.
  • Have a genuine heart for working with children and supporting their growth.
