Beechboro Christian School (BCS), a culturally diverse and growing school located in Bennett Springs, is part of the Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA). BCS provides Christ-centred, values-based education that empowers students to become all God created them to be. With over 350 enrolments and more than 50 nationalities represented in our community, BCS is a vibrant environment grounded in gospel mission and meaningful relationships.

We are seeking a passionate and relational Enrolments & Community Relations Officer to join our team in a full-time, ongoing capacity. This is a vital role that combines administration, hospitality, and enrolments—offering a unique opportunity to connect with prospective families and promote our school's culture and Christian ethos.

This is more than just an administrative position – it's a calling to represent Christ through service, connect authentically with families, and support the flourishing of our school community.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating the full enrolment process—from first contact to the student's first day.
• Promoting a warm and welcoming environment in alignment with our gospel values.
• Receiving and hosting guests in a way that reflects Christ's love and hospitality.
• Providing administrative support to the front office and backup reception duties.
• Managing student withdrawals with care and professionalism.
• Contributing to the overall administrative needs of the school.

Selection Criteria

Essential:

• A personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and active involvement in a Christian church.
• Agreement with SCEA's Statement of Faith and alignment with the Christian ethos of the school.
• Relevant qualifications and/or prior experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and administrative systems.
• Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Capacity to represent the school positively and professionally in all interactions.

Desirable:

• Experience working in a Christian school setting or ministry environment.
• High-level computing and database management skills.
• Proven customer service excellence and front-facing reception experience.
