About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding Kleenheat's customer base by identifying and converting new business opportunities. You'll work across a WA-focused territory, engaging directly with key clients and leveraging indirect channels to generate leads.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Engage key account prospects via cold calls, emails, and networking to generate leads, build relationships, and win new business.

• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.

• Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with Kleenheat's strategic goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM systems.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards throughout the sales process.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Ideally 4+ years of experience in acquisition sales or business development, ideally within the energy, utilities, telco, or insurance industries.

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in competitive environments.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

• Resilience, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous improvement.
