The role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join the team and work across one of their key business units. The ideal candidate will provide financial guidance and support to the management team by preparing, analysing, and interpreting financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Management Accountant will play a crucial role in strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the organisation.

  • Business Partnering
Your profile:
  • CA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Suitable for a first mover from public practice or someone with 1-3 years of commercial experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills – able to engage with the business at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in managing and implementing financial systems.
  • Proficient in reporting and presentation tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
