About the role

Join our professional and dedicated sales team, as the Account Manager managing a defined and ready portfolio of MASPRO's mining clients. This role will be responsible for delivering both revenue growth and service excellence. You will have ownership of allocated accounts, with responsibility for meeting commercial targets and delivering high service levels.

In this role regular travel to mine sites across Australia will be required to best support relationship management and field service needs.

Here's how you'll do that:

Account Management

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of mid-tier and growth clients including contractors, mine operators and rebuild workshops.
  • Retain existing business and identify opportunities for growth within allocated accounts.
  • Maintain regular contact with client stakeholders for growth within allocated accounts.

Client Engagement & Travel

  • Conduct regular site visits to mine sites, workshops, and client offices across Australia, as well as attend conferences and expos.
  • Provide product support, performance reviews, and account reporting during client engagements.
  • Resolve issues and escalate where required to maintain client satisfaction

Commercial Responsibilities

  • Achieve allocated revenue and margin targets for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records.

Service Delivery

  • Ensure timely response to client enquiries and quotation requests.
  • Monitor and report on service levels for allocated accounts.
  • Support the Category Lead with preparation of account reviews and reporting.

This is what you'll need to do it

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in strategic account management, technical sales or mining services.
  • Strong understanding of underground mining operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high value, complex customer relationships.
  • Experience working in or supporting remote mining operations is advantageous.
  • A full and current drivers license
  • An understanding of how to balance customer advocacy with favourable commercial outcomes.
