About Linen Services
Linen Services is a critical part of Queensland Health's Supply Chain Branch, delivering high-quality linen products to Hospital and Health Services across the state. As Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused laundry operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations with autonomy across labour, suppliers, capital, and linen replacement
- Drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Business Performance and Improvement Team
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure service level agreements are met
- Champion safety, workforce planning, and staff development
- Manage change, compliance, and union consultation with confidence
