The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the SCP team.

As a BDM you are expected to find new customers in the target market segment and meet revenue and gross profit targets.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Technical team, your role will include:

Find new opportunities using your network, referrals, and marketing leads

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business

Manage the opportunity and opportunity closure, collaborating and utilising the engineering, service delivery, and support teams.

Create and apply effective sales strategies

Drive business growth

About you:

Successful track record in B2B sales approach

Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience is required

Strong sales and marketing skills

Knowledgeable in screening and evaluating potential business opportunities

Expert in negotiating and closing deals

Solid knowledge of the IT industry

Minimum 3-5 years of IT industry experience is required

Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and writing skills

Solution-focused through good analytic and problem-solving skills

Highly motivated for success and exceed targets

Professional presentation with a positive attitude

Current and valid driver's license
