Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Sydney, NSW. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and delivering training on product usage. The Sales Specialist will also manage and track sales metrics, and work closely with the sales management team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and developing Sales Strategies
  • Experience in delivering Training on product usage
  • Ability to manage sales performance metrics and work in Sales Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the pump, power generation, or compressed air industry is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
