Management rights operator is acquiring an establish 374-unit residential site at Varsity Lakes end of November 2025. You will be working with a full-time property assistant managing a portfolio of 120 on site rentals & 25 off site rentals from the large modern onsite office.

If you feel more comfortable working in a non-corporate office environment alongside 1 property assistant, then this role may be ideal for you.

Ensuring a professional service is offered at all times. This will include processing tenancy application forms; following up on rent arrears, entry and exit condition reports, maintenance, attending phone and email messages, lease renewals etc.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

· Processing rental applications & organizing property inspections

· Coordinating maintenance and repairs where needed

· Ensuring prompt rent collection & arrears management

· Conducting inspections

· Maintaining compliance with all tenancy laws and regulations.

What we're looking for

· Full Australian working rights essential

· Min. 1 year Residential Property Manager experience in the residential sector essential

· Hold a current Certificate of Registration for property management Queensland

· Strong ability to build/maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants & tradespeople

· Thorough knowledge of residential tenancy legislation & property management best practices

· Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
