**Your typical day**:

- Attending routine inspections, private viewing appointments, ingoing and outgoing reports
- Arranging maintenance of properties as required
- Providing value add services for both landlords and tenants
- Timely and professional communication with clients
- Negotiating the letting of property and renewal of tenancies
- Training, development and support of fellow team members

**You will bring**:

- Current Property Management Registration Licence
- Self-motivated attitude with a strong passion and care for our customers
- Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks
- Innovative problem solving skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of PM software (Property Tree preferred)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to build and strengthen relationships with our clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as working in a team environment

**Salary**:
Base salary negotiable on experience. Use of company vehicle during business hours + phone. Monthly Bonuses paid on KPI’s being achieved.
