About the role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at HOSO REAL ESTATE in Mawson Lakes, SA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the seamless management of our residential property portfolio, ensuring optimal tenant satisfaction and maximising investment returns for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Handle all aspects of the tenant lifecycle, from sourcing and screening prospective tenants to managing lease agreements and rental payments
- Proactively address tenant concerns and promptly resolve any issues that arise
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and all relevant legislation and regulations are adhered to
- Regularly review and implement strategies to optimise rental yields and occupancy rates
- Provide detailed reports and updates to clients on the performance of their investments
- Assist with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in the residential real estate sector
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and tenants
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and properties effectively
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant real estate legislation, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in the use of real estate management software and applications
- A valid South Australian real estate licence
