About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at HOSO REAL ESTATE in Mawson Lakes, SA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the seamless management of our residential property portfolio, ensuring optimal tenant satisfaction and maximising investment returns for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  2. Handle all aspects of the tenant lifecycle, from sourcing and screening prospective tenants to managing lease agreements and rental payments
  3. Proactively address tenant concerns and promptly resolve any issues that arise
  4. Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and all relevant legislation and regulations are adhered to
  5. Regularly review and implement strategies to optimise rental yields and occupancy rates
  6. Provide detailed reports and updates to clients on the performance of their investments
  7. Assist with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Property Manager, preferably in the residential real estate sector
  2. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and tenants
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and properties effectively
  4. Comprehensive understanding of relevant real estate legislation, regulations, and best practices
  5. Proficient in the use of real estate management software and applications
  6. A valid South Australian real estate licence
