About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Assistant to join our close-knit sales team. You will work alongside our Sales Administration Manager and National Director of Sales, playing a key role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will be a mix of office co-ordination, collaboration and light client support - this is ideal if you are the type of person who enjoys variety and being part of a team that truly supports each other.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Working closely with internal departments to collect and manage documentation needed for our real estate agents
  • Ensuring all sales division documents are accurate, complete and up-to-date
  • Assisting with a range of administrative duties to support the broader sales team
  • Meeting valuers and clients on-site to open properties - simply unlocking and providing access (no sales conversations or real estate advice required)

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you enjoy working with people and building good relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in property, sales or business administration is ideal, but not essential - we value the right attitude and willingness to learn
