Belcardo Pty Ltd is a franchise operation and have locations in Geelong, Hoppers Crossing and Avalon Airport.

About the role

We require motivated Customer Service Representatives to work on a full time basis at our Geelong and Avalon Airport Location.

The role is responsible for:

  • Creating a pleasant customer experience for our valued customers
  • Completing rental and return transactions accurately
  • Selling Hertz rental options to our valued customers
  • Cleaning vehicles
  • Transporting vehicles
  • Other administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Ensuring all aspects of quality controls are delivered

Skills and experience

  • You must hold a current VIC driver's license
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Strong Leadership and Decision making skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy skills required
  • Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including half day weekends & public holidays may apply)
