We're looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with enquiries, solving problems, and making sure they have a positive experience with us.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and chats with a professional and positive attitude
  • Assisting customers with product or service enquiries
  • Processing orders, applications, and requests
  • Resolving issues and escalating when needed
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Keeping customer records up to date

What we're looking for

  • Great communication and people skills
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (CRM or Microsoft Office experience is a bonus)
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not essential — we'll provide training
