We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis to cover parental leave.

This position is responsible for the development, maintenance and distribution of information relating to customer order and controlling supply chain operations, for nominated regions & products for the Andritz Fabrics & Rolls business.

This includes ERP data entry, coordinating Inter-divisional documentation with the Applications department and Planning, reviewing and counter-signing contracts, issuing order confirmations, letter of credit competency, coordinating telegraphic transfer payment, generating shipper letters of instruction, commercial invoicing & packing lists, verifying bills of lading and coordinating all aspects of airfreight.

In addition building strong relationships working with both internal and 3rd party liaison's i.e. freight forwarders, international documentation support, banks & sales agents. The position reports to the relevant Customer Service Manager.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Key order data into relevant system timely and accurately.
  • Maintain customer order end-to-end including

     - Sales quotation entry

     - Coordinating with applications & planning teams 

     - Issuing order confirmations

     - Coordinating customer payment 

     - Freight bookings and documentation (Shipper's letter of Instructions)

     - Generating commercial invoices, packing list and verifying Bills of Lading - Generating International Freight Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company and Andritz policies
  • Support reporting and ad-hoc operational analysis
  • Effectively communicates with company employees, agents and external parties and responds to their requests in a timely matter.
  • Assist both internal and external departments with their enquiries.
  • Perform administrative duties and other tasks
