We are a reputable and compassionate family law firm dedicated to supporting clients through some of life's most challenging times. We specialise in matters such as divorce, parenting arrangements, property settlements, and domestic violence matters. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Junior / Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and managing front desk reception
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Diary and appointment management for solicitors
  • Filing, scanning, and managing client documents (both digital and hard copy)
  • General office duties and supporting the legal team as needed

About You:

  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services office is desirable but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Familiarity with legal practice management software is an advantage (e.g., LEAP, Smokeball)
