With continued business growth, we have an immediate opportunity available for a highly capable, polished, and proactive Receptionist / Administration Officer to be the face of our corporate office and a key part of our operational success.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, tenants, and contractors, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while also supporting our busy property management team with key administrative duties.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception and incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

  • Preparing and formatting documentation and correspondence

  • Supporting Property Managers with a variety of administrative duties

  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and office supplies

  • Assisting with lease documentation and compliance tracking

  • Maintaining owner, tenant and contractor records

What you will need to succeed:

  • Corporate reception and/or administrative experience (property or professional services preferred)

  • Professional presentation and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management System

  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn about the property industry
