With continued business growth, we have an immediate opportunity available for a highly capable, polished, and proactive Receptionist / Administration Officer to be the face of our corporate office and a key part of our operational success.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, tenants, and contractors, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while also supporting our busy property management team with key administrative duties.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing reception and incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Preparing and formatting documentation and correspondence
Supporting Property Managers with a variety of administrative duties
Handling incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and office supplies
Assisting with lease documentation and compliance tracking
Maintaining owner, tenant and contractor records
What you will need to succeed:
Corporate reception and/or administrative experience (property or professional services preferred)
Professional presentation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management System
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn about the property industry
