
Receptionist/Office Administration

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised Receptionist/Administrator person for head office near Perth Airport. Your duties will include, but not limited to, the following:
Answering inbound telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Receive and assist all visitors with a warm and welcoming approach
Manage and order inventory of office supplies
Data entry into sales software and excel
Management of visitor log book
General administrative support
General filing
Other duties as directed
To be successful you will need to have:
Previous use of excel spreadsheets
Quick learner of new software
A positive attitude towards all tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask & meet deadlines
High attention to detail
Willing to take on and learn new tasks as directed
