With ongoing development we are looking for a full time Strata Manager or Strata Assistant ready to step up with at least 1 years worth of experience to join our Strata department.

You need a practical no fuss "can do attitude and be able to demonstrate practical problem solving skills with the ability to get the job done

We require an extremely focused Strata Team member who loves to go above and beyond, someone with a "care-factor" who can handle the challenges of Strata Management, Managing a small mixed residential and commercial strata portfolio you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the portfolio with the support of our Accounts Department.

Our business covers all facets of Real Estate including Residential, Commercial, Investment, Projects and Rural.

Application criteria:

  • At least 1 years experience in a strata department

  • Full driving license

  • Ability to hit the ground running and dive straight into a portfolio.

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Great Problem Solving Skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi task

  • Strata Master knowledge an advantage
