About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of phone calls from customers and providing them with outstanding service. If you have a passion for helping people and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of phone calls from customers and provide them with excellent service
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints and issues, and provide information about our products and services
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while interacting with customers
  • Use company software and tools to manage customer accounts, update customer information, and process orders
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Competencies

  • Previous experience in customer service/call centre roles is essential
  • Previous experience in strata or property would be viewed favourably but is not essential as training will be provided.
  • Excellent computer skills with Office 365 suite – Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Prior experience with Strata Management software would be viewed positively (we use PIQ)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
