The Role

We're seeking a Strata Manager to take on a growing portfolio that includes a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial schemes. The role is focused on portfolio management only—you'll be supported by a dedicated Business Development Manager, Trust Accountant, and Strata Assistant, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a developing strata portfolio
  • Liaise with owners, committees, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage budgets, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Chair meetings and provide expert guidance to clients
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent service
What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient computer and administrative skills
  • Current WA Driver's Licence
  • Police Clearance
  • Willingness to undertake (or already hold) a Cert IV in Strata Community Management

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in strata or property management
  • Working knowledge of WA Strata Titles legislation
