Accounts Administrator – Strata Trust Accounting

At B Strata, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional strata management services across Western Australia. As our team continues to grow, we are seeking an Accounts Administrator with a strong focus on strata trust accounting to join our professional and supportive team.
About the RoleThis role plays a key part in supporting our strata management team and ensuring the financial integrity of the schemes we manage. Responsibilities include:
- Managing strata trust accounts in line with legislative requirements.
- Issuing levy notices and processing owner and creditor payments.
- Monitoring levy arrears, coordinating debt recovery, and liaising with lawyers.
- Ensuring contractor compliance (insurances, ABNs, registrations, etc.).
- Responding to general owner account queries.
- Preparing and issuing Section 110 certificates.
- Supporting annual financial year rollovers and reconciliations.
- Assisting with reporting requirements for Council of Owners and auditors.
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in trust accounting, strata accounting, or property accounts administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with accounting systems (experience with PropertyIQ or similar an advantage).
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
