Location: Adelaide or Perth

The Role

As part of our Customer Delivery team, you'll support the smooth and efficient delivery of insurance policies to our customers. You'll gain an understanding of risk management, learn how our systems work, and help us maintain service excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Support underwriters with policy processing and document handling
  • Respond to Broker, Strata Manager, and Lot Owner requests
  • Ensure data is accurately captured in our systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and share improvement ideas
  • Manage task trackers and meet service deadlines

About You

  • Completed a tertiary qualification in business, economics, or commerce, and/or have relevant experience in administration, customer service, or data entry
  • Tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working in a team
  • Motivated, curious, and solution-focused
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
