Datanet is seeking a dedicated and proactive team member to help process and manage customer orders across Australia. As part of our national team, you'll support both corporate and government clients, ensuring they receive the high level of service we're known for. About the Role

Based in our Perth office, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team—managing orders from the moment they're received through to dispatch. This position includes hands-on work in our small warehouse, such as picking and packing orders, receiving goods, and preparing shipments. The items are generally light, so while some physical activity is involved, this role is suitable for those comfortable being on their feet and moving around a warehouse environment.

A key part of this role is accurate order entry and IT-based workflow management. You'll need to be confident using digital systems to input and track orders, update customer records, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.

The Ideal Candidate

You will bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience processing customer orders
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with order entry systems
  • Experience or confidence working in a warehouse environment (picking/packing orders)
  • Comfortable with light to moderate physical activity
  • An understanding of order management and local courier bookings
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
  • A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently
