About the Business

Anytime Deli Burswood is a vibrant neighbourhood store with three key sections – Grocery, Bakery, and Deli – providing fresh, quality products to our community 24X7. We are seeking a Retail Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and drive excellent customer service across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of grocery, bakery, and deli sections to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, merchandising plans, and promotional activities to increase revenue.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, manage inventory rotation, and minimise wastage.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule staff across all three sections to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and quality control requirements.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and meet profitability targets.
  • Foster a positive team culture and handle staff performance reviews and HR requirements.
  • Maintain store presentation, product displays, and hygiene standards at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
