The Role:

We're seeking a
Facilities Coordinator
to support the day-to-day operations of our facilities team in Perth. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

This full-time position requires an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Engineering team
,
working on a
rotational daytime schedule across 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and triaging work orders in our CMMS system
  • Conducting inspections and ensuring quality assurance
  • Assisting with staff rostering and scheduling
  • Providing administrative and operational support
  • Liaising with internal departments and external vendors
  • Collaborate with team members and support others when needed
  • Escalate to supervisors when licensed trades are required
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and guests

About You

You'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in facilities coordination, building services, or maintenance support
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and building maintenance processes
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • General knowledge of building services and maintenance practices
  • Ability to organise your day and meet operational targets
  • Comfort working across different departments and adapting to changing priorities
  • Previous maintenance experience is welcome but not essential
  • Customer service orientation

Qualifications

To be successful you will need:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, o365)
