About the role

The role involves assisting the team in managing a well looked after property portfolio, with ongoing coaching and mentoring from the Operations Manager and the Director.

This is a full time role

Applicants must be prepared to undertake some admin duties, assist with home opens, complete detailed routine inspections and assist with detailed property condition update reports and final inspection reports.

Attention to the finer details is a must in this role as well as being able to work as part of a team.

We have the latest systems and processes in place to streamline the role. Experience with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Express is preferred but not essential as we will provide full training.

Room for progression for the right person Full support and one on one mentoring provided on an ongoing basis by our fantastic Management Team as well as your colleagues.

Minimum 1yrs Exp Required for all applicants.

Office based on Burswood.

Skills and experience

Experience required to be successful for this role:

- Current Qualifications and Registration as a Property Manager
- Minimum 1 year experience in property management or leasing.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to set and manage your schedule
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Property Management software and systems will be highly considered, such as PropertyMe, Inspect Realestate and Inspection express.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle for work purposes
