Retail Sales

We're looking for a friendly, hands-on Casual Retail Sales Person to join our team at our Showroom and Warehouse. This flexible role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for camping, 4WDing, and off-grid living.

What You'll Be Doing

Retail & Sales

• Assist customers in-store with expert product advice and tailored solutions.
• Process transactions and handle enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and engaging retail environment.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, offering expert advice on iTechworld products and services.
• Drive sales and contribute to team targets (commission opportunities available).
• Handle sales inquiries from email, social media, and internal ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Warehouse Support

• Pick, pack, and dispatch click & collect and in-store orders accurately.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock, maintaining inventory records.
• Help with stocktakes and inventory management.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.

Trade Show Representation (Occasional)

• Attend industry trade shows to showcase iTechworld products.
• Engage with customers, provide product demonstrations, and represent the brand.
• Assist with setup and pack-down of trade show displays.

What We're Looking For

• A confident, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (training provided).
• Previous experience in retail or warehouse roles is a plus, but not essential.
• Passion for customer service and eagerness to learn about our products.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Interest in camping, 4WDing, and familiarity with 12V products.
