Qualification Required: Highly Relevant Cert III and Overall Minimum diploma level qualification

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of Experience as a Baker.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, knead and shape doughs and batters for breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to Anytime Deli recipes.
• Operate ovens, mixers, proofers and other bakery equipment, monitoring temperature and baking times for consistent results.
• Prepare fillings, icings, glazes and toppings, and finish products to meet presentation and taste standards.
• Inspect and maintain ingredient quality, accurately measure and weigh ingredients to ensure product consistency.
• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, rotate stock, and place orders to prevent shortages.
• Ensure bakery items are attractively displayed and meet customer expectations for freshness and quality.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in line with regulations and company policies.
• Record production data, waste, and batch details accurately as part of quality assurance processes.
• Perform regular quality checks on baked goods and adjust recipes or processes when needed.
• Report equipment issues promptly and assist with routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Support recipe development, seasonal products, and new product trials in collaboration with management.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, to support Anytime Deli's 24/7 operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
