As a UC Consultant, you will lead or work within a team to design, deliver and support unified communications solutions for clients based on the required scope.

The role requires technical expertise in deployment, support and project delivery of Microsoft Teams Calling, SIP trunks, Hosted Telephony, On premise UC and Video Conference solutions.

Key responsibilities include providing pre-sales assistance, onsite deployment of UC equipment, project delivery and senior technical resource in the escalation of support requests as an L3 resource.

Additionally, you will provide technical knowledge transfer to other UC team members and maintain ownership of incidents and escalations at client sites.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years' experience in delivery and support with technologies such as Microsoft SFB/Teams Calling & Meeting Room Video Conferencing, Cisco Call Manager, BroadSoft Cloud PBX, Mitel or equivalent.

Understanding of VOIP and network related settings which effect VOIP, experience in deploying Microsoft Teams Calling, SIP trunks, Hosted Telephony, On premise UC and Video Conference solutions and ability to work in a billable hour's environment are also essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivery and support with technologies such as Microsoft SFB/Teams Calling & Meeting Room Video Conferencing, Cisco Call Manager, BroadSoft Cloud PBX, Mitel or equivalent.
  • Understanding of VOIP and network related settings which effect VOIP.
  • Experience in deploying Microsoft Teams Calling, SIP trunks, Hosted Telephony, On premise UC and Video Conference solutions.
  • Understanding of UC requirements from a user perspective.
  • Ability to work in a billable hour's environment.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
