Technical Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting Unified Communications (UC) and Video Conferencing (VC) platforms.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, including deployment, configuration and support in enterprise environments.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ongoing service improvement.

Maintaining and updating technical documentation, disaster recovery plans and change management records is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and support UC and VC platforms.
  • Provide technical support and escalation for managed services aligned to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
  • Eligibility for Government security clearance (NV1 highly desirable).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams.
  • Proven expertise with VOSS.
  • Strong understanding of unified communications technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco UC Manager, CUBE/SBC and Polycom RealPresence.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management environments.
  • DevOps mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused attitude.
