Due to rapid progression within our team, we have an opportunity for a dynamic and professional administrator to join our fast paced growing team with an immediate start.

We are looking for a multi-talented individual who has exceptional computer skills, professional phone manner and an extremely high attention to detail.

In addition, this team member will also help assist our sales and rental departments.

We are looking for a self-motivated person looking to progress within the Real Estate industry with room to expand and grow within the team.

About the right candidate

The primary responsibilities of the Receptionist & Administration Assistant are to provide office support, assist with operational requirements, and support the organisations customer and community focused approach to its service provision. The candidate must handle all enquires in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.

The position reports to the Office Coordinator and supports the Ray White Mandurah team through the provision of timely, accurate and efficient administration support.

Position requirements:

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including interpersonal skills

  • Competent data entry and numeracy skills with high attention to detail

  • Can appropriately handle sensitive and confidential matters

  • Ability to prioritise competing demands

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Bubbly, confident, professional and possess a "can do" attitude

  • Self-motivated team player, mature-minded

  • Willing to learn and be accountable

  • Ability to work within a team & independently

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday (no weekend work) and ideally an immediate start.
