Team Position: Allied Health Receptionist

Location: Mandurah Health Chiropractic Clinic, located in the Mandurah Marina

About This Role:

In this role, you'll support our allied health professionals, clinic manager and colleagues and importantly, help to serve our amazing community with patient education, warm and friendly customer service and caring assistance.  We seek administrative support that helps us to continue to excel in our commitment to deliver outstanding service and products for our patients' health and fitness.

This Role May Be Suitable if the Following Applies:

  • You have at least one year of experience and/or relevant training in a medical or allied health front desk position

  • You have experience coordinating administrative support for multiple team members

  • You have experience with Microsoft 365 and healthcare booking systems

  • You are organised, detailed oriented and able to multi task with efficiency

  • You have a high standard of written and verbal communication

  • You have a strong work ethic and deliver work on time and with excellence

  • You're reliable, professional and enjoy helping others
