The Opportunity

We are seeking a detailed oriented, proactive individual to run the office's daily activities and needs as they develop.

What to expect when you join our team including your responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of the office, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
  • Manage office supplies and maintenance.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and queries, engaging with clients, staff and stakeholders.
  • Manage mail collection and distribution.
  • Operational and administrative support for all staff.
  • Arrange and manage company travel requirements.
  • Provide diary management support for key business individuals if requested.
  • Support training courses as required and assist with the organisation of company events.

About you

  • A 'can-do', 'how can I help' attitude, with a positive disposition and approach to the day to set the tone in the office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Honesty, enthusiasm, flexibility, accuracy and reliability.
  • Computer efficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and to help in other areas of the business if required.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • Personal Assistant experience is favourable.

This role requires you to be in the office in Perth. Occasionally company functions operate after 5 pm and this role may need to be available.
