The Opportunity

We are seeking detailed oriented, proactive individual to run the office's daily activities and needs as they develop.

What to expect when you join our team including your responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily running of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Manage office supplies and maintenance.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and queries, engaging with clients, staff and stakeholders.
  • Manage mail collection and distribution.
  • Operational and administrative support for all staff.
  • Arrange and manage company travel requirements.
  • Provide diary management support for key business individuals if requested.
  • Support training courses as required and assist with the organization of company events.

About you

  • A 'can-do', 'how can I help' attitude, with a positive disposition and approach to the day to set the tone in the office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Honesty, enthusiasm, flexibility, accuracy and reliability.
  • Computer efficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and to help in other areas of the business if required.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • Personal Assistant experience is favourable.

This role requires you to be in the office in Perth. Occasionally company functions operate after 5 pm and this role may need to be available.
