At Byfields, our
Graduate Program
and
Undergraduate Internship
give you more than just work experience, it's your first step into a professional accounting career. Tailored to your specific needs.

You'll work alongside experienced mentors, gain hands-on exposure across tax, business services and accounting systems, and see how your studies translate into meaningful work and real results.

What You'll Experience

  • Put your studies into practice and see the inner working of a diverse range of businesses
  • Supporting client advisory and business services
  • Using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB and Agrimaster
  • Building trusted relationships with colleagues

Our next programs begin February 2026, with positions available across our agricultural and business teams in both metro and regional offices. Full-time, part-time and fixed term roles available with many opportunities to learn, grow and advance.
