The Role
Our ICT
(Information and Communication Technology)
function is a fast-moving, supportive, and collaborative team that values initiative, teamwork, and hands-on problem-solving. We are looking for someone with both technical capability and creative drive to help strengthen and evolve our application environment.

You will be a hands-on and technically skilled
Business Systems Support Specialist
who can take ownership of our
Pronto Xi ERP
environment and contribute to the enhancement of Warrikal's broader business systems.

This is a dynamic, practical, and creative role within a high-performing ICT team of motivated professionals, offering the opportunity to work across multiple systems, deliver real outcomes, and play a key part in Warrikal's digital evolution.

You'll be supported and developed to a Level 2 standard across Warrikal's other key applications — including
FlowCentric, WPS (Warrikal Planning System) Elmo, and Felix —
giving you broad exposure across Warrikal's integrated digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Pronto Xi across Finance, Payroll, Inventory, Procurement, and Resource Management modules
  • Manage user access, configuration, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with business users to identify and deliver ERP enhancements or process improvements
  • Coordinate with Pronto Software and other vendors for upgrades, patches, and technical support
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration notes, and training materials
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for business systems and integrations
  • Assist with software deployments, testing, and version upgrades
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance performance, usability, and integration
  • Work closely with end users to troubleshoot issues and deliver practical solutions
  • Contribute to improving Warrikal's overall application posture through collaboration and innovation

About You

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Proven experience with Pronto Xi ERP support and management
  • Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations processes
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player
  • Committed to delivering quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in mining, construction, or industrial services (desirable)
  • Exposure to ERP upgrades or module implementations (e.g. Pronto Xi 760 → 780) (desirable)
  • Familiarity with system integrations, reporting, or data flows (desirable)
