Join Queensland Worker Screening Services as a Statistical and Reporting Officer, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality statistical insights and reporting solutions that support service delivery and strategic outcomes.
About The Role
In this role, you will provide expert statistical and analytical support to meet both internal and external reporting needs. You'll contribute to the enhancement of data systems, including the Blue Card Services database (Bluebox), and offer strategic advice on data collection, analysis, and performance measurement methodologies.
You'll collaborate across teams to leverage diverse data sources and analytical expertise, ensuring reporting outputs are insightful, timely, and aligned with stakeholder requirements. This may include working closely with the Resolve Reporting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level advice on statistical and reporting matters using advanced communication skills.
- Design and implement performance reporting frameworks, dashboards and business intelligence tools to support monitoring and compliance.
- Develop and maintain data queries, reports, and visualisations to support performance analysis and stakeholder reporting.
- Apply robust methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and programs.
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Foster a respectful, collaborative team culture focused on achieving strategic and operational goals.
