About The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Reporting Manager to play a pivotal role across both iSelect and Compare the Market. As a key member of the Finance and Planning team, you'll be responsible for delivering impactful reporting solutions and data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across both businesses.

• Lead the design, development, and ongoing improvement of financial and operational reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support business decision-making.
• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly and monthly financial and operating reporting metrics.
• Drive the integration and alignment of Compare the Market and iSelect reporting functions.
• Deliver analysis and reporting support to various business units from data extraction and transformation to generating actionable insights.
• Partner closely with teams across Commercial, Marketing, and Finance to understand their reporting needs and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Support and develop a team of Reporting Analysts managing workload, performance, and ensuring they have the right training and tools to succeed.
• Collaborate with the TM1 Administrator to ensure the IBM TM1 environment is efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with business reporting requirements.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of all reporting processes and tools to ensure consistency, accuracy and scalability.·

About You

You have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and generating business insights. You combine technical expertise with strong commercial awareness, and you're known for your attention to detail and proactive approach.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• 3 years experience in a financial or operational analyst role.
• Strong hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools, including Cognos Analytics, IBM Cognos TM1 and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with data architecture and data warehouse environments
• Proficient in SQL within Microsoft SQL Server, and highly skilled in advanced Excel, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and insightful data visualizations and reports.
• A proven ability to communicate data-driven insights through reports, dashboards, and visual tools to a range of stakeholders.
