About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced team at Holistic Care Buddy. In this full-time role based in Clyde North, VIC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print
  • Creating compelling content such as blog posts, social media posts, and marketing materials
  • Analysing marketing data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Providing regular progress reports and insights to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Bachelors in Marketing or any related degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative
  • Passion for the healthcare and wellness industry, with a deep understanding of the target audience and market trends
