As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly team and play a pivotal role in aligning our marketing strategy with sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support sales activity nationally to ensure consistency across all regions.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Develop and update marketing collateral and sales support materials.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all national initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the wider sales and marketing teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years' experience in a marketing or sales coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is desirable.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for marketing and business growth.
