We have an exciting opportunity to join Australia's leading denim brands as our new
Performance Marketing Specialist - Paid Social.
This newly created role is a mid-senior level position, working alongside our digital and brand marketing teams across Abrand Jeans, Rolla's Jeans and Neuw Denim to devise, execute and performance manage the global performance marketing across Paid Social.

The ideal candidate will possess a mix of initiative, customer-first thinking and creativity, to spearhead local and global markets across paid social touchpoints. You'll manage significant budgets, design AB tests and digital experiments, optimize funnels, and work closely with our creative and product teams to ensure we're delivering the right message to the right person at the right time.

You will hold the ability to work across different brands and campaigns simultaneously and organise your time efficiently to strategise, execute and performance manage the paid social execution of the business on time, on brand, on budget and in full.

The Role will report into the Global Head of Digital Marketing who will be responsible for overseeing the digital strategy, work delegation and prioritisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategy funnel structures and optimisations across our ecommerce, retail and wholesale placements, whilst continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements
  • Own and scale a variable budget for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest whilst maintaining commercial efficiency
  • Own end-to-end campaign management - from strategy and forecasting through execution, reporting, and iteration.
  • Develop and execute advanced audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and lifecycle win-back based on best practice and business strategy
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics — from CAC vs NCAC, ROAS to conversion rate and LTV
  • Collaborate with design, product, and lifecycle marketing to create cohesive acquisition journeys that are on brand
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
  • Need close collaboration with marketing on social media & influencer teams / trends.
  • Share insights clearly and guide the broader teams through results and next steps to design campaigns that convert

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns at scale
  • Expertise across multiple platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Pinterest
  • Track record of delivering results through data-driven decision-making and creative testing
  • Deep understanding of platform nuances, bidding strategies, attribution models, and audience targeting
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and in-platform reporting
  • Experience with media planning, forecasting, budget management, and pacing
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally on multiple brands with product, engineering, and creative teams
  • Exceptional communication skills - able to synthesize data into compelling narratives
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
