  • Provide OCM leadership for APAC teams, offering guidance, mentoring, and professional development to change practitioners.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to inform and enhance delivery outcomes.
  • Design and implement communication plans, engagement activities, and training programs that enable adoption and resilience through change.
  • Collaborate with internal and client OCM teams to ensure effective alignment and integration of change activities.
  • Contribute to sales and bid processes, including proposal development and client presentations for the APAC region.
  • Support internal transformation and leadership initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

About You

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree along with 8+ years of relevant experience in Organisational Change Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Master's degree is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience leading OCM activities across government and enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communication, facilitation, coaching, process improvement, and training delivery.
  • Professional certifications such as Prosci, CMAP, MMC, ITILv4, Agile, or Prince2 are highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a geographically distributed global team.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Baseline or NV1 security clearance (existing clearance advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a globally recognised Organisational Change Management team with award-winning programs.
  • Contribute to high-impact transformation projects that shape the future of technology and service delivery in the APAC region.
  • Enjoy flexible working arrangements, autonomy, and a collaborative, supportive culture.
  • Competitive remuneration package aligned with market expectations.
