We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior/ Entry Level Sales Administrator to join a growing team in our head Office located in Welshpool.

We are seeking determined, enthusiastic individual to step into this role, you will have a supportive team.

This position will be full time, it will provide great exposure to a variety of tasks. With the ability to develop and grow within the business.

You will be working in a great young vibrant team and be the first point of contact, so your communication skills are vital.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer enquiries and service.
  • Assist the team with general administrative duties
  • Assisting with sales process from quotes to delivery
  • Assisting with maintaining customer relationships/ expectations.
  • Data Entry and Sales Data Administration
  • Office Administration duties

TASOCSmanufacture all Heat Transfer Equipment to strict and exacting tolerances, maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the unit even under adverse operating conditions.

We need a self-motivated and passionate Junior Sales Administrator who will be able to think on their feet and work autonomously as well as part of a small team.

The successful applicant must have:

  • A keen interest in Sales Administration.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Administration and Data Entry experience.
  • A current Australian driver's license.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly with the ability to learn the product range.
