Allpest is a member of the Orkin Australia family of brands providing pest controls services throughout Australia.
About the Role
Orkin's WA brand, Allpest has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Operations Department.
You will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence through every interaction with the customer, internal and external and ensuring that they are supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to;
- Processing field paperwork for Pest Technicians through CRM system and client portal systems;
- Inputting invoices and completing data entry as required; and
- Liaising and providing support to Line Managers and the external sales team.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
- Intermediate skills with the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail;
- Problem solving skills and abilities;
- Exceptional planning and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
- An ability to work as part of a team and autonomously; and
The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol and criminal/driver history checks.
