PTE Group is a leading provider of Heavy and Light Transport solutions, specialising in custom-built trailers, truck bodies, Ute trays, fleet fit outs, and transport equipment for Government, commercial, dealership, mining, and private clients across Western Australia.

We are seeking a motivated, energetic Junior Sales Representative to join our Light Division, which supplies high-quality steel and aluminium Ute trays, mine-spec fit outs, and custom vehicle builds.

This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for sales 4WD's and relationship-building. If you're ready to pick up the phone, visit customers, knock on doors, and actively chase opportunities then this is the role for you.

About The Role

  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, dealers, rental fleets, councils, and businesses.
  • Actively generating leads and converting opportunities into sales.
  • Attending on-site customer visits when required
  • Showcasing our Ute tray and accessories range with confidence and product knowledge.
  • Utilising social media platforms to promote our brand, increase visibility, and drive enquiries.
  • Working closely with our workshop, management, and customer service teams to ensure outstanding service and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people and closing Sales.
  • "Get-up-and-go" attitude – proactive, persistent, and not afraid to open doors.
  • Some previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (automotive or trade industries highly valued).
  • Comfortable using social media as a business tool (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel outside the Perth metro area when needed.
  • Current driver's licence is essential.
