We're on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the commercial and infrastructure lighting market. In this role, you'll collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Lighting Designers, Specifiers, and End-users, supported by a dedicated in-house team of technical experts. We're not looking for lead generators. We're looking for real hunters who are closers and go-getters—professionals who can take ownership of opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, and deliver real value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and infrastructure lighting market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineers, Architects, Lighting Designers, Specifiers, End-users, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial engagement and proposal development to project delivery and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including lighting designers, engineers, and technical specialists to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance visibility and market presence.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
About You
  • Must have 4+ years of Lighting industry or electrical background experience.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the lighting, electrical, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong network and credibility among industry professionals including specifiers, consultants, and project managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering value to clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
