Roundtree Search is representing a leading non-bank lender with an established track record in Australian real estate private credit. The firm provides tailored funding solutions across the capital stack, with a strong presence in both development and investment lending.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in originating and structuring new lending opportunities — engaging with Real Estate investors, brokers, and advisers to identify, assess, and execute transactions across multiple asset classes. You'll work closely with an experienced investment team to manage deal flow, negotiate terms, and support the end-to-end credit process.
This role would suit an individual with 5+ years' experience in property finance, commercial real estate loan brokerage, banking, or non-bank lending, who thrives on building relationships and driving transactions. Strong credit acumen, commercial judgement, and a deep understanding of property markets will be essential.
